Sincere condolences to Amybeth and Liams family. Knew him, Eileen and Amybeth in the Colmcille Gospel Choir, and in St Peter’s Church choir. May he rest in peace.
Liam McNulty was a wise and loving man. I first encountered him in 2010 when I asked him if AmyBeth, whom I had seen in An Grianan Theatre, would audition for the part of Molly in an LMS production of Annie. To say he gave me the third degree would be putting it mildly. He and Eileen brought her to every rehearsal and nurtured that young talent in a remarkable way, always protective, but never stifling. Theirs was a relationship that exuded love and respect. To AmyBeth and all the family, our sincerest condolences. RIP Liam x
