A sad Farewell to my cousin Liam - a powerful intellect residing in the body of a kind and generous man. Liam entertained my wife, Marilyn & I, over lunch at his home in Blackrock, during our last visit to Ireland. I first met Liam as a child while he was working with Aer Lingus. He was then visiting his relocated-to-America (Healy) aunts, Nora, Agnes, Dell and my own Mother, Margaret Ellen who was always called Lil. During earlier visits to our New York home, we also met his brother Connor and his sister before her untimely passing, while traveling in Canada. Marilyn and I wish Liam's family the very best of memories, as we do of Liam.

My sincere condolences to the O’Kelly family on the sad news of Liam’s passing. I had the pleasure of working along side him during his long career in Aer Lingus. He was a true character and a great man to tell a story. He will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his many friends and former colleagues.
