My sincere condolences to Liam's family on his sad and untimely death. We were close friends back at film school in the 80s. He was such a warm and generous leader whose energy ignited creativity and enthusiasm in everyone around him. May he rest in peace.

Sincere condolences on Liam's untimely death. We were in college in Dun laoghaire many moons ago. Liam was alway a gentleman. It is shocking to think he has gone.

Annabel, Ben & Ella. I was shocked & very sorry to hear the news of Liams passing. We met in Connellys, Bagenalstown over a year ago & had a grand chat. My condolences to you all during these difficult times.

So sad to hear about Liam's untimely death. Many years ago he ran an amazing film course with Janette Hamill which I was lucky to participate on. He was such a positive force and his breadth of film knowledge was a real gift to us all. The range of great films he introduced us to on the course and the insight he offered have been an inspiration ever since. A generous, fun and talented spirit and a real loss to the industry. May he rest in peace.

I wanted to say how sorry I was to hear from Dorothy of the death of your beloved Liam. My heart goes out to you all.

Annabel and family. So unbelievably sad at Liam's untimely passing. A great mentor and colleague from our early days in FilmBase, his passion, hard work and drive turned that place around and helped so many young film makers along the way. Will always remember the laughs, the twinkle in his eye and his wit. A kind and decent man, delighted to have met him and saddened that long postponed catch up coffee on his next visit to Dublin will now never happen. My deepest condolences.
