It is with profound sadness that the Irish Society of Periodontology learned of the passing of Liam Shalloe, one of our founding members and a true pioneer in Irish periodontology. Liam's vision, dedication, and leadership were instrumental in shaping our society from its earliest days, leaving a lasting legacy that continues to inspire our members today.

On behalf of all members, we extend our deepest sympathies to his beloved wife Katharine, children, and the entire extended Shalloe family. May the comfort of cherished memories and the support of those around you bring solace during this difficult time.
