We are so truly saddened to hear of Lily's passing and send our most heartfelt sympathy to all the family at this very sad time. Lily was remarkable lady and a great friend to our family for so many years. Her baking skills were legendary and she was a fabulous neighbor to all of us who were so privileged to know her. May she rest in peace.

It was with great sadness that I learned of the passing of Lillie. She was a kind, generous lady and I will remember her.

I am so sorry for your loss, I always remember Mrs O'Shea as such a gentle woman

Lillie was such a lovely neighbour to have growing up. She always made time for us and was known to pass the odd sneaky bun over the fence! My children also have lovely memories of calling in to see her when they were visiting Dublin, especially one Halloween, when she made a big fuss of them. They still talk about it. Maryfield Crescent won't feel the same without her. RIP Lillie, a good neighbour and friend to our family.
