It is with sadness I have learn of Lilys passing.
I knew Lily for a brief 3 weeks when we shared a ward in St Vincents
Lily was a brave and courageous woman witha big heart. She was also a great conversationist and regales me with stories from Rathdrum, its people and surrounding townlands.
She loved you, John, you meant the world to her.
I know your family and friends will help you cope with her loss.
Take good care of yourself.

So sorry to see this sad news of Lilys passing, I have very fond memories of Lily as a child in our time in "The Well" back in the 70s and years after. My father loved to invite Lily onto the stage with us on many occasions, she had a beautiful voice.
