To Marie and family, I'm so very sorry to hear of Lisa's passing, may she rest in peace and in her power. I am honoured to have met and worked with Lisa through her time with us at Helium Arts. She contributed so much to the Helium Arts Youth Advisory Group (YAG) and was always a strong and forthright voice and loyal friend in the group. She spoke lots about the need for the medical profession to see her and listen to her and young people like her, to see the person and not the illness. She taught us not to make assumptions. I have such fond memories of our days when we met at IMMA and particularly the fun we had together making a film about YAG.

So sorry not to have been at the celebration of Lisa's life, I hope it had all the colour that she would have loved. Thinking of you at this sad time Lisa was a true hero. Monica

Shane, it was always abundantly clear just how loved Lisa was by you and your family, your well deserved pride in her was beaming, and the deep bond you shared was visible to, and admired by so many of us.

I feel so privileged to have met Lisa a number of times over the years. Her quick wit, cheeky grin, love of cats and sassyness won me over immediately.

Lisa was an absolute firecracker, and I know I speak for all the Toners/UCD crew when I say how desperately fond we were of Lisa. Thank you for sharing her with us-Lisa left a lasting impression on us, and we are all the better for it.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Lisa.

I had the privilege of getting to know Lisa during our time together at Mount Anville. I have so many fond memories of Lisa- from the Blackrock Opera in fifth year, to the hilarious stories she would tell at school, to her unforgettable18th birthday party at the Radisson.

I also have many fond memories of her lovely mum Maria from when she would call up to the school.

My deepest condolences to the family of Lisa I first met Lisa at the NLN Roslyn park college in Sandymount in May 14th 2018 in did a sample then got on the course she was pleased I was there as she was the only girl. I knew we be best friends from the start she was always kind and gentle to me and does around her .After 18. Months to business administration I joined her in the student union even with her health issues she always smiled and laughed but she never one to be fooled by her male friends she gave back as much as they gave her she was very brave I called her my Angel Fairy or Rottweiler as she could be feirce if someone annoyed her I will miss her for eternity Sleep tight my Angel Rest in peace now all the pain and suffering has gone Juliet
