Liz was a most pleasant person as was the honourable Jim and were our personal friends over many years. Their annual visit to Rosslare was always a great occasion of which we retain happy memories. To all the Lillis and Mansfield families, my deepest condolences on the sad loss of Liz. I remember her fondly from first meeting in the Custom House and the years of friendship that followed from the 60’s and the decades since.

I was deeply saddened to hear that Liz had passed away. She was a lovely lady, a good friend and a loyal supporter of Malahide Golf Club. She bore her illness with quiet dignity, & will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace Liz.

We were so saddened and shocked to learn of Liz’s passing. We were blessed to have met Liz & Jim in Kelly’s in Rosslare many years ago and we met up there every October for five amazing days and nights. In latter years it was just Liz, Jim’s name was forever mentioned and all the great times recalled. Thank you for the great memories which we will store in our hearts forever more.
