Sincere Sympathy to Lizzy’s family , friends and neighbours. Lizzy has been a great friend to our family for many years. She was a lovely lady, very kind and thoughtful. She was interested in everyone young and old. She loved having callers to her house and was so welcoming. We miss our weekly visits and will forever remember the welcome Lizzy had for us. Goodbye Lizzy rest easy. I’m sure Mickie was waiting for you at the half-door as usual.

May Lizzie rest in peace and be reunited with Mickie. We have so many fond memories of Lizzy from the compulsory tea and home baking to her love of children and her interest in everyone and everything. She loved life and was much loved by everyone who crossed paths with her. She loved to meet people whether in her home, visiting, Lourdes, Knock Ballybunion, bingo or the day care. We treasured her company at our many family occasions. Christmas Day won’t be the same without her. Deepest sympathies to her family and many friends.

Rest in peace Lizzy. You were a great woman, kind, generous and loving and you always had time for a laugh too.
You and Mickie both held a very special place in our family. You will be truly missed.

I remember growing up in Castlegarde and meeting Lizzie and her beloved sister Nellie, RIP, at mass in Cappamore where you were sure to get sweets and an ice cream from both. I pray that Lizzie is now resting in peace in her Heavenly Home and reunited with her beloved Michael and all her relative and many friends gone before her. I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Lizzie. A true friend to my Mum Maura and a delight to be in her presence. We have lovely memories of our trips on a Friday to do the shopping. You are reunited with you soulmate Mickey and your friends and family gone before you especially your sister Nellie.
