I was shocked to hear of Lloyd’s untimely passing. He was a true gentleman & such a good person to talk to and deal with. I will never forget his kindness during your many visits to Mannix Point. Sincere sympathies to all the family.

We were shocked to hear of Lloyd’s passing and will never forget his kindness and caring during the Lough Gill swim a couple of years ago. We enjoyed his company so much and have cherished memories of that day on the lake and the evening in Crozon with Lloyd and Hazel. Sincere sympathies to all the family.

LLoyd was a very genuine and gentle person - as is very clear in so many of the condolences that were sent online. For obvious reasons (and particularly in recent years) I never saw as much of you both as I would have wished. You always made me very welcome on my rare visits to Sligo. Lloyd was an ever listening ear, and always on hand to offer wise words. He cherished his family, school and community and will be dearly missed by all who were privileged to know a true gentleman.
