I was so sorry to hear of the death of Lorna. She was such a beautiful person, full of fun, kindness and a true professional. The way she managed the MS walks was amazing. Lorna loved nothing more than a sing song, and when she would say “Anne, sing Liberty” I would just stand up and sing, one didn’t say no to Lorna. It was a pleasure and an honour to have known her. The funeral service was so lovely, but it was sad that all her friends could not have been in Dublin to give her the send off she deserved and hopefully we can celebrate her life in the Autumn. My sincere condolences to you all. RIP Lovely Lorna

My deepest condolences Peter Susan Andrew Patrick, and extended family. I met Lorna back in 2000 when she was looking for a Spanish interpreter for the MS ´Camino de Santiago. I went along with the MS walkers as a volunteer for 4 years in a row. She was like my second mum during those 12 wonderful days which I absolutely enjoyed. We laughed and enjoyed the walk inmensely. I was completely amazed by her energy, sense of humour, kindness and will to help everybody make the most of the experience. I´ll never forget about her fascination with the song ´Yolanda´ by Pablo Milanés. Every time I listen to this song, her smile comes to my mind and heart. You´ll be greatly missed, Lorna, both in Ireland and in Spain but you´ll remain in our hearts forever. Rest in peace.
