Rest in peace cousin Louis, thank you for all the turkeys you carried up from Clare to Dublin on the train, I remember a 25 pounder that my mom Nancy had to get up at 4am to have ready for Christmas lunch, the oven door wouldn’t even fully close. God bless you, you were a kind gentle soul too good for this world 💕
