My deepest sympathies to you all on the huge loss of Louisa. I've had the great privilege of working with her for many years in Mars and the even bigger privilege of enjoying her friendship. She made an impact on everyone she met and was so generous with her time, advice, guidance and support. She was also always up for a laugh and the instigator of a lot of fun on the many, many nights out we shared. She will be truly missed but so very fondly remembered.

Louisa, throughout my time in Mars we have always had an active working relationship. Most recently has been the closest and most enduring, I looked forward to our connections knowing we would always have a laugh and run out of time in the meeting to actually discuss work! That was not always a bad thing given you always held me to account and pushed for more. My fondest memory is when we travelled to Russia together with Marion, many laughs, falls on ice and good work done. I shall miss you greatly and am saddened that we had finally made it into the same team, but it was not meant to be. You legacy will endure and you will remain in my memories RIP xx
