I am forever grateful to have met Louise when I moved to Ireland. She was so warm, and so much fun. We loved going to the movies together or getting takeaway and hanging out at her home at that time in Lucan. She included me in her weekend travel group, allowing me to experience Ireland like a local. Even after I moved home to the states, I have always been welcomed by the Harris family on visits to Ireland, and Louise and I carved out time to spend together.

We had great visits when Louise was in Florida. Jason and I attended her golf school graduation with her cousin Rory and dad Billy, where she was Class President. Louise and I even visited Barcelona together once. She was an adventurer.

I will always remember how Louise made friends wherever she went. How she adored her nieces and nephews. How she giggled when I attempted to pronounce “Dun Laoghaire.” And when she reminded me that there was no need to order my tea “hot” in Ireland, saying with a wink, “all the tea is hot.”

I am grateful to have called Louise a friend. My husband and I are close with Rory, and we happily share stories of Lou whenever we're together.
Thank you for letting me share these memories. I will hold her in my heart always.

Stephen, Gillian and Suzanne - I’m so sorry to hear that you have lost your much loved sister Louise. I can only imagine how heartbroken you all are, but hope that all the memories of happier days are helping you through this very difficult time. Take care.

My condolences to Louise's husband, family and friends. I owe a lot to Louise who was so good to me when I joined as a trainee in Deloitte. She took us all under her wing and helped us move into the real world of work. We had many nights out and lots of fun along the way. The last time I met Louise was at her wedding party where she was such a beautiful bride and beaming with happiness. May she Rest In Peace

I was blessed to grow up next door to you and your amazing family. Your mam and mine were best friends and confidantes. My earliest memories of being in your house, was your mam welcoming “
large numbers of the Fernvale kids into your home to practice our local drama productions. You and Gillian were toddlers at the time. You definitely inherited your mams “joy of life”.
I took great pleasure in teaching you and Gillian how to ride a 2 wheeler bike.

I knew Louise from golf in Slade Valley from at least 40 years ago, we kept in touch, and I would always pop up wherever she moved to. Louise was at her happiest when she met and married Simon. A gorgeous couple. I am so sorry for your loss Simon & to all the Harris family my sincere condolences. You will be so missed Louise. Rest easy now. Xxx
