We felt so lucky to have Louise come to work with with us in Dundalk such a short time ago. Her easy manner and can do attitude was truly refreshing. We will all miss her presence and company. I send my deepest sympathy to Paul and her children whom she spoke of so warmly. May she rest in peace - it was a privilege to meet her.

I am sad to learn of Louise's passing. I knew her as a postgrad in History in Maynooth and always enjoyed talking with her when we met. My condolences to her family and loved ones.

I am so sorry to hear of dear Louise's death, and extend my sympathies to her beloved husband and children and the grandchildren too, all of whom I know she lived for. Louise was a fine scholar, generous and thoughtful in so many ways. We shared many academic adventures and I carry precious memories of times together. My prayers are with you all at this time of unbearable loss.

It was with great sadness that I heard today that louise had passed away.

I worked with Louise many years ago in Dept P&T in the 80s. I then became reacquainted with her in lucan when the kids were young. I would see her outside LETs.
I was very proud of her for doing the PhD. What a fantastic achievement.
Yet again our paths crossed in CMH last year where she had been providing her expertise as a valued archivist. Super, brilliant, talented woman.

I had the pleasure of meeting Louise when she came to do archival work for the Augustinians.
She was a lovely person and was so very proud of her children and grandchildren. She spoke about them all the time.

Sincere condolences Paul, Jade, Adam and Evan. I'm devastated to hear that Louise has passed. Louise was a wonderful next-door neighbour in Camac Court and Shane and I got to know the both of you well when Jade and Shane Jnr. were small. Louise was such an accomplished woman. I remember her telling me on the way back from picking up the kids from Little Tots that she was going back to school and by God she certainly did that and then some. We kept in touch over the years, and used to meet up in the Port House in Dundrum S.C. the odd time she was home. I'll miss Louise very much, as I'm sure will everyone who knew her and again I am so sorry for your loss. Big love from our family to yours.

Paul, Jade Evan and Adam.. I was very saddened to read a message from Paul just now to let me know that Louise has passed away. Am so sorry. I have lovely
memories of spending several happy times with Louise at Kylemore Abbey. I was there as a volunteer for several summers. Louise would come 2-3 times a year to look after the Archives of the Abbey school and put them in order once the school had closed. We had lots of fun time. And my last memory is of when I flew into Malagar and had a wonderful holiday with your family in Spain.....times I will never forget . Please accept my sincere Sympathy at this sad and difficult time.

I am heart broken to hear that the beautiful Louise, I met on a couple of times at Kylemore Abbey, with my friend Trish has gone to Be an angel with God. Taken to soon. We went to your home in Dublin once and stayed the night. She was such a beautiful soul, and spent an evening with her and her lovely sister at a bar in Dublin also.
