I grew up so close to Lynnett and have so many great memories.
She was a wonderful person.
Now I have 2 kids of my own and
I'm so glad that they got to know Lynnett and have their own memories of her.
We will never forget you x

Dear Og, Bren, Dom and Val
I am so sad for you all and that I didn’t have the chance to say Goodbye to my dear Auntie Lynette. It’s hard to imagine her not being there in Coolemount now. I will always smile when I think of the many fun times climbing Croghan Hill as youngsters, Lynette knitting frantically anytime she’d come for a visit - and of course us naughty brats stealing cigarettes from her purse (that was Brendan shssh)!. I had a wonderful welcome in S. Africa when travelling through and saw how caring she was with the locals from the village. Lynette had a big heart, was a caring and kind Mother and supportive wife. Your creativity and effervescence shines through in the incredible art you have left behind (in every crevice and corner!). Lynette you will forever be in my heart and I admire you tremendously. Rest In Peace and fly with your angels ❤️🌻💚💜💙💛
