Hannah we are so sad to hear about the loss of your grandmother. We extend our deepest condolences to you and all the family. We are especially thinking of your mam and her siblings and particularly your grandad. It is so hard to lose a mam and to lose a wonderful loving wife of so many years. There are no words that are enough to take away the heartache but just know we are thinking and praying for you all. And in time the wonderful memories of times spent together will give great comfort.

Your grandmother may be physically absent and I know that is the hardest thing to get used to but her spirit will always remain with each and every one of you until you are reunited again. Life has changed, not ended. I firmly believe that xxxx
