When Maedbh hired me in November 2011 to come and work with her and her team in Oracle, she gave me the opportunity to come back into the IT industry. I am so thankful for her faith and believe in me, as it gave me a new start in my professional career. I am ever in her debt for the opportunity she gave me.
Unfortunately I only worked with her shortly, but in the time we did, I came to know her as a warm and caring person. She was always there to help and support her team.
Maedbh, you fought so long and hard, the pain is gone now. Rest Peaceful. My thoughts are with your family as they miss a great soul in their midst.

Maedbh was my Manager, Mentor, Motivator and a gentle figure to all my team mates at MySQL/Oracle. She was very close to my heart and I shared a strong personal bond with her. It shatters me from within to get this sad news and I will always pray for her peaceful stay in heaven. My sincere condolences are with Maedbh's family and friends and I will miss her all my life.

I had the privilege of working with Maedbh nearly 4 years ago in MySQL. Maedbh truly supported and empowered her team. She always had time for people. She was one in a million.

I would like to express my condolence to Paul and all her family. Maedbh will be sadly missed and will always have a place in my heart.

I knew Maedbh from our employment together at MySQL/Oracle. I am deeply saddened by the news of her passing. Maedbh was a very kind and caring person. When I received a promotion to manage a sales team, she was first in line to congratulate me and give me the benefit of her management experience. She graciously shared information to help me with my career and I am truly thankful for having known her. She was a gentile spirit and her presence will be missed.
