Maeve had a beautiful soul and a heart of gold. Our family has so much to thank her for. She was a wonderful friend to our mother Cal McCarthy, we might even say the best friend of Cal’s final years. Maeve kept faith with our mother, especially when dementia set in, and kept visiting her constantly in Larchfield nursing home until the very end. We are so grateful for Maeve’s life, for her great kindness, her lovely warmth and her huge emotional intelligence. And we are grateful for her part in our lives. May Maeve rest for always in God’s peace and God’s love.
