Sincerest sympathy to the Whelan Family on the death of your beloved Mam. A great character. Loved the bit of banter. Mai had a passion for painting, story telling, was known to sing a verse or two of her favourite song, Katie Daly and also enjoyed reciting The Bad Harvest 1946, one of her favourite Recitations written by a local man. Mai led the rosary in the evenings for many years with great pride and devotion. Mai may your memory be a blessing to all who have known you. The light of heaven to you .Rest In Peace
