My condolences to all the family on the loss of Maire. During my year as Person in Charge in Duffcarrig, I got to know Maire well, and developed a very sincere affection for her. Her sense of fun was wonderful, and she was always caring and gentle. I am very glad I got to know this very special woman, and have the happiest of memories of time spent with her. You have my deepest sympathy at this sad time.
Our sincere sympathy to Maire’s mum Mary her beloved brothers Don, Conor & Aidan and sisters Jean & Joyce and all of her family.
Have fond memories of Maire’s & Jean’s many visits to Margaret (McGuire) my sister in Delvin Park and especially remember Maire’s fascination and gentleness when I had my first baby Emer.
You will all miss her dearly.
