Great neighbour, wonderful friend. She edited 'An Guim' the Irish/English dictionary that my kids used in Scoil Neasain, they loved her so much. Have a lovely, well deserved rest, in Heaven Maire

So sorry to hear of the passing of Maire, unfortunately only today. Sincere condolences to all bereaved. Maire was a great neighbour & friend of my mam, family & I for many years. She was a highly intelligent, educated & caring person, close to God. I have so many fond memories of times with her & thank God I got to see her again in recent times. You will be so badly missed Maire-our neighbourhood will never be the same. God Bless You & I like to think of you & mam reunited now, until we meet again. Sandra (101).

Iwas sorry to hear of Maire's
passing. We often met in the Peacock at lunchtime and a few times went to theatre together. There was also the Newmarket connection through my friend Brid Marren.Suaimhneas siorì dà hanam dilìs
