So saddened to hear of Mairéad’s passing. She was a wonderful person and an incredible colleague, who I had the pleasure of working with for the past 25+ years at Boston Scientific. Mairead was such a genuine, caring, kind, and fabulous person. I feel incredibly lucky to have had her as my manager over the last few years in Boston Scientific, where she was a valued colleague and dear friend to many all over the world. She was an inspiration to everyone on her team - always bringing people together, full of positivity, and someone who brought out the very best in those around her.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Mairead passing. Having work and known Mairead for over 20 years in Boston Scientific my memories are of a person who worked hard and was always up for a laugh and got through every situation with a smile on her face. Her laugh brought joy to everyone she worked with. She was ambitious, hard working and had such a kind way with people, this was reflected well in her career and life.
She will be missed by us all who were lucky enough to have worked with her and an unimaginable loss to her family.
