Muiris, Donall, Cait and Brid so sorry to hear of the death of your beloved mother Dolly. For the best part of the lasy forty years I have been a regular visiror to Turtulla. Before we discussed anything we had to have a cup of tea. Then we talked of the bees, the garden and later wood turning and when those topics were exhausted we solved some of the problems of the world. Your parents were a remarkable couple who were involved in so many things, that the town would have been a poorer place without them. Ní bheidh a leithéid arís ann.

I was with a sad heart i learned of the death of Dolly. I have know the family for many years and it was always a pleasure to meet them They were so devoted to each other and I am sure that their wish was to be united in the presence of our Lord. I am sure he had a special smile to see the couple united again. To the family ye had a grea example to follow and their guidance and strength will keep ye strong in the sad time and also unto the future. They will continue to look over their family as they have always done Be proud of your parents. As they gave there best to guide you though the years. I wish to offer sincere condolences to Muiris, Dónall, Cáit, Bríd and your families; and to the extended O' Cleirigh family on your very sad loss. I was privileged to have met your Mam shortly after my coming to Thurles in March 1977 to work with the fisheries service. I initially met your recently deceased Dad, Muiris, because of his involvement in angling and highlighting the ongoing serious water quality issues in the Suir. Drop in he said for a cup of tea, and Dolly will have a few scones out of the oven. I greatly enjoyed your Mam's baking on my many visits to Turtulla when you were all so young, and your mother more than busy, but always very welcoming and thoughtful. And of course I was never let leave your home without some home baking, honey or fresh vegetables from the back garden. Many years have since passed, but I often think back to those great times and how fortunate I was to have known your parents.

May Dolly Rest in Eternal Peace and May Her Memory Be a Blessing on You All.
