Mairéad was a really lovely woman. I always felt so well welcomed and looked after in my time down in Nenagh, and Mairéad played a big part in that. Generous, loving, and creator of a beautiful family that were a blessing in my life. Thanks Mairead for the memories and life you brought into this world. Rest in Peace

Mairead was such a wonderful kind person, it was a honour and a privilege to have worked along side her and to learn from her. She was so good to me for years afterwards. She always made time to say hello and chat. Whenever, I pass by the restaurant, I am transported back to that wonderful summer. Great memories! Sending you all my deepest condolences at this time.

Mairead was a funny, kind and inspirational woman and took us in as young teenagers to work in The Peppermill which set us up for life. On behalf of us we wanted to say thank you. We made some fantastic memories working alongside her for many years and we are extremely grateful to have known her. She will never be forgotten. May she rest in peace.
