My sincerest condolences to Mairead’s husband Dan, her children, grandchildren, and all of her extended family. Mairead was a true lady, with such grace, wit, and style.

I had the privilege of working with her in the SSC while I was in college. On my very first shift, she offered me the advice “fake it till you make it”, words I still carry with me. From that day on, she showed me endless patience, kindness, and guidance.

Mairead was a mentor, a friend, and someone I deeply admired. It was an honour to have known and worked alongside her. She will be remembered with love and respect by all whose lives she touched. May she Rest in Peace.
