I am so sad to learn of Malcolm's death which I only became aware of today. He was a lovely man and a courteous colleague. Deepest sympathy to Malcolm's wife and family and to Anne and the staff in Hussey Fraser. May he rest in peace.

Malcolm personally, Connie and Bill have been good friends for many years. We
