I am so sorry to hear this sad news. I got to know Mandy from working next-door to her on French church street in the 90's. We hit it off instantly. I have very fond memories of her and that particular time in the city. She was beautiful inside and out. Thoughtful and sensitive with an infectious giggle. I loved when we bumped into each randomly over the years. My sincere sympathy to the immediate family, extended family and friends.

Just as I was about to write this, I had an image of Mandy giggling with her hand in front of her face. She looked after me so much, gave me insane opportunities and taught me a work ethic that stands to me to this day. It’s hard to emphasise truly how much she influenced all of us in cork city in the 90s. May she rest well

I am so sorry to hear of Mandys passing . I knew Mandy from Kellehers buildings from her visits to Mick , such a lovely, kind person and had an amazing way with, and knowledge of, animals . I witnessed this first hand when i found a hedgehog one night and mandy came to the rescue . She knew immediately how to handle the hedgehog and even had a contact for a lady who rescued them! Im so sad and shocked to hear of Mandys passing. My first memory of her was to her singing along to Madonna in her home next door to my grandmother. When i got to meet her a few days later i thought she was beautiful inside and out and we bonded over our love of animals. Mandy made a big difference in this life with her work with animal rescue.
