Through Paddy we heard of her brave battle throughout the years. Paddy was/is very proud to call her his sister in law and spoke very fondly of her to myself and the crew. May Mandy rest in peace. She was a breath of fresh air and full of laughter and kindness. She was a fabulous character. Rest in peace Mandy. You will never be forgotten.

Mandy was one of the strongest people I know, maintaining her dignity, strength and wit throughout the most difficult times. She was a great friend and will be missed dearly - She was pure magic. I knew Mandy when she worked in Pauric Smith. Mandy was such a great character - always had great stories! I remember her always saying she loved having her nieces and newphews stay with her.

We’re absolutely heartbroken on the passing of dear Mandy. I got to know Mandy on her many visits to Beaumont. She had such a lovely, bubbly personality and I loved chatting and having the craic with her. I will miss that.
She has left a lasting impression on each and every person she met. She made friends with everyone and even through her toughest times, she would still be there to help anyone that needed it.

A few months back, she had discovered a hidden talent and a new hobby - designing cups! We were one of the lucky ones to have received one of her handmade cups. We will cherish them forever. ❤️

She fought the brave fight for the last seven years, supported by all of you, her amazing family.

Mandy was ball of energy and had the quickest wit. I remember her fondly from our time sitting behind each other in the office in Newcourt House. She had some of the best expressions and was great for a colourful story!

Above all, she loved her family dearly and absolutely adored her niece and nephews, whom she spoke of with such affection.

My sincere condolences to Richie and the Kilbride Family on the passing of Mandy, Mandy was an amazing friend and work colleague and anyone who knew her would agree, she was so full of energy and a fantastic person to be around, she was a fighter and fought bravely through her illness for many years. One thing for sure you will have got the best bed in heaven. Rest in peace my friend you will be greatly missed.

I met Richie and Mandy whilst out having a smoke in Beaumont. Mandy was recently just out of her second stay in ICU at the time. Both Richie and Mandy told me of the years of battling cancer that this brave young woman (Mandy) had been fighting. Their story stayed with me and I’ve thought of you both every day since I met you that day. I was very saddened to be told that Mandy passed. My thoughts and prayers are with Richie and her family and friends at this very sad time. Richie, I don’t know you personally but from the very brief time that we spent chatting I could tell that your love and devotion to Mandy was so beautiful and strong. You seemed like a lovely couple. I pray that God gives you strength in the days/months/years ahead. As Mandy told me, you were her rock. I’m sure she’s always going to be around you in spirit for eternity. Mandy Kilbride, it was a privilege to chat to you and learn about your cancer journey. You clearly were a very courageous woman. May you sleep well my dear. R.I.P
