My naughty childhood friend from nicking home brew wine and drinking it in your shed Marc to getting pissed in your garden in the Isle of Wight! Known you more years that I can actually remember! You’ll never be forgotten because you are loved by so many! Xx
Rest in peace Uncle Marc. I’ll always remember playing chess with you and I’ll always remember your amazing monopoly win at Christmas. Love you forever
To my big brother Marc. I am so sad to be writing these words and still can't believe you have gone from this world. I love you. More than you would ever know. You were the best big brother , although we lived with distance between us, I always knew you were here, we understood each other and how different our lives could be at times but when we were together we were family and had great moments. You were a great uncle to Harry and Emmi-Rose. I will miss you everyday. I will have music to remember you and remind of precious memories. I will always be looking for those signs so please keep sending them. Stay with us and stay close and watch over mum. I hope you are at peace and free and warm, you were always cold since your treatments. I would have never wanted to watch you suffer anymore but would have wanted more time and healing for you if I could have given this, you were already brave and strong to get through the treatment you had and keep going, a quiet strength and courage that you have had. You never asked us for anything. You were fiercely independent and proud. You hated fuss and never wanted to bother anyone. I have enjoyed learning more about you from your friends and feel so proud and comforted to hear their thoughts about you being so kind, gentle and just how good a friend have been to so many. You meant a lot to many people.
Rest in peace my big brother. I love you.
love you uncle marc rest in peace i will look after your bass <3
Our condolences to Linda, Marc’s sisters and family and friends. Marc and Nancy were in each other’s lives for many years and we got to know Marc as a gentle, kind and quiet soul, kind to Nancy. We hadn’t realised that Marc was still in Galway, having lost touch over the years. May he rest in eternal peace. John Phelan (Nancy’s dad) and Sheila, Shangort, Galway.
My condolences to your family Marc. I was very sorry to hear that you left this life so suddenly. I hope it was gentle for you💖. You were a generous and kind soul when I knew you and I'm sure that didn't change. You will be remembered xxx
