I was so sad to hear of Margarets passing. Like so many others Margaret was a rock when i was diagnosed to both me and my family. Its hard to describe how much her support and her presence meant to me over the years. Thank you Margaret.
There are not enough words to put down how incredible Margaret was. I owe her my life, she fought for me and my family back in 1995 to save my leg. I was only 8yrs old and I wouldn’t have had the life I have today if I wasn’t gifted with Margaret as my nurse. A true angel and anyone who was lucky to have had her in their life was blessed. I found out only few days ago of her passing which was very hard to believe, my condolences go to her family and friends. Her legacy will live on in all those she knew and cared for 💜

You could not make a better human being than Margaret, so so kind and caring, with a great sense of humour. Always humble. Margaret was selfless and always made it all about her patients and everyone else she came in contact with. She brought light and joy wherever she went and will be so sadly missed by all!

Thank You Margaret. Rest in Peace now Margaret with the Angels, because you were always our Earth Angel and friend.
In my heart you'll remain, I'll love you forever & thank the Lord that I had the pleasure,

To know you, to love you & call you my friend
To spend time in your company, you're quite the rare blend
To be cared for by you, I'm eternally grateful, your compassion & fun, the ultimate combination

Dealt a cruel blow, taken too soon
You fought like a superhero, typical of you
Galant & brave. Dignified & accepting
You'll be missed far & wide
Through out the corridors of care, forever a legend.

Sincerest sympathy and condolences on behalf of the Dalton Family of Portmarnock. Margaret nursed our son Jack through a severe cancer during 2012 and 2013 when he also lost his battle at the tender age of 19. We will never ever forget Margaret’s kindness to Jack whom she nursed through some awful days including the amputation of 2/3 of his leg. She always managed to help him to keep going. She and Prof Gary O’Toole were outstanding as healers and did their very best to support our son and us through the very darkest days. Rest in peace sweet lady, in a heaven where Jack can now take care of you.
