My dear cousins, aunts and uncles,

Our deepest sympathies on the passing of your beloved mother, grandmother and sister. Auntie Margaret was a special lady. I will never forget her faith. She joyfully took us on a field trip to Knock when I was 12. It was her special place that she was proud to show off. I didn't quite understand then, but as the gray has touched my scalp, I am inspired by the faith she demonstrated all of her life. I'll also remember her as fun, with a laugh, song or dance back in the pub. I once visited at Christmas time, during my vegetarian era. She had planned a fine roast dinner for me and my traveling companions. She didn't quite know what to with us, determining the solution was more boiled carrots and loaded up our plates with them. We had plenty of laughs about that.

The mass today was beautiful - the most perfect tribute for Auntie Margaret. May she RIP
