Out deepest sympathy to Margaret's nieces and families and all her friends on Margaret's passing.
Margaret will be sadly missed. The world is a poorer place without her.
Margaret our dear friend was so good to us. She took us for Christmas Dinner in the Galway Bay hotel every year.
We sat for hours at her fireplace and discussed the in's and outs of live. She had so much knowledge and insight. She had a great sense of humour.
She made the world a better place.
May God grant her eternal rest which she truly deserves.

Eithne,
Very sorry for your loss, RIP.
Very sorry for your loss, RIP.
I'll always remember the fun times with Lilly, in particular when we were in Quinns pub in Drumcondra the day Armagh were playing Dublin.
We were sitting amongst a lot of Armagh supporters and Lilly launched into a torrent of "taking the mick" out of them. Me presuming they were about to kick the living daylights out of us with what Lilly was saying, said to Dee, get her out of here before were all killed, but after a couple of minutes Lilly had an audience of staunch Armagh boys gathering around her and taking them all on and slating them and questioning and correcting them on their beliefs and ways. The type of things any sane person would never think of let alone say straightout. But Lillys audience got bigger and bigger and she had a group of hardy boozed up men in stitches laughing and she didn't hold back and purely because she knew her stuff and was well able to answer any questions thrown at her.
I only heard today she lectured in Queens throughout the troubles.
You gave me and the kids some fun times and always in a kind of sarky way which was so funny.
Good on you Lilly. Sorry I wont be there to send you off but the kids will be. I always had a fondness for you and although I haven't seen you for years, I enjoyed listening to the conversations you had with Brian when you would phone trying to make him study and all the material you sent up for him to help him through, at exam times.
See you when it's my turn and thanks for the good times.
