Devastated at the loss of our matriarch but happy that her agony is at an end and that her soul and spirit are flying free in the Mystic. She had her purgatory here on earth in her illness and will therefore I'm sure go straight to heaven to be with the ones who have gone before. Now, when I think of her every day I'll recall James Joyce's description of a woman so beloved that there was no word tender enough to be her name. Lucky us that had her so long (though not long enough) as our rock. Lucky her children that had her as their mother. Lucky Maggie that had Tom as her husband...
Miss you so much.
Thinking of you all and wishing you moments of peace and comfort. Margaret was wonderful and kind and grace was in all her steps.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in these difficult times.
Just a lovely lovely lady. Always had a smile and a chat. Rest gently now. Thoughts to her lovely family who are a wonderful reflection of Margaret.
We had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful woman when she visited her brother Frank and sister-in-law Colleen in the U.S. We send condolences to the family and will keep all of you in our prayers.
To the woman who never judged a soul and forever opened her heart to those who needed it. A true Angel on earth and now one in the sky. Goodnight my darling, sleep well. I love you always xxxx
You were always there not only for us but for all your family. To realise we will not be able to call and see you again is hard to come to terms with. We are so happy that your pain has ended and you are safe now in the arms of Jesus. Until we meet again God bless and we love you. xx
Deepest sympathy to Tommy, Angela, Alice, Cathal and all the family at this very difficult time. It was a pleasure to have met and known Margaret. A wonderful woman indeed. Rest in Peace.
Thoughts and prayers are with you
A rare gem who reached out to me in my time of need. I will never forget you.
As I help my husband pack his bag's to return home to say goodbye to you. I think of how lonely his trip will be. I am so saddened that I can not be with him and for myself not being able to pay my own respect. But I know you will understand. You always did. Some of my favorite evenings have been spent with you at The Abby followed by a late meal at Jury's. I will miss your cards for every occasion, always to first to arrive. Simply, I miss you already as do so many others. You were a wonderful sister-in-law.
Slept well my lady.
Xx
