Sincere condolences to Margaret's family. She was such a happy, cheerful lady. She and her sister will be sadly missed.
May she rest in peace.
Margaret was a true lady. Her sense of joy and happiness was infectious. A most interesting woman, I always felt uplifted in her company. She will be missed by her many friends in the RDFA.
Sincere sympathy to all of Margaret's relations on her death. She will be missed by so many people. Her warmth, humour, friendship and hospitality touched so many people. Both she and Patricia have left their mark on this world. They will always be remembered
Sincere condolences to Margaret 's cousins & friends. She will be missed so much by so many. I think I first met Margaret in the years when the IASW started in 1971. She gave me wonderful support & encouragement from those early years. I had studied social science at night. She supported me to do the professional CQSW course in UCD 1974/75.
As others have said, her strength, wisdom, friendship and advocacy on behalf of clients & colleagues was immeasureable. Also with IASW & IMPACT Union.
It was a privilege to accompany her in Brussels in the late 70's to negotiate harmonisation of social work qualifications.
I was so sorry that I was unable to attend her Mass. Her strong Christian faith meant so much to her. Such a wonderful tribute to her.
Rest in peace Margaret.
