Very sorry to hear of Margaret's passing, especially at this time. We always looked forward to our visits to Glasnevin and likewise when the Keenan's came to Goatstown. They were big trips, at that age, in those days. Only happy memories. May she rest in peace.

Margaret and Shamus and Eileen and Pat Finn were the most wonderful ambassadors to Ireland for all the Yanks stopping by your homes. They opened our hearts even wider to the lives of our grandfather Charlie Noone and his sisters Rose, Sister Benignus and Josephine and brothers Patrick, Jim, Ted and Dominic who many of us Noones, McCartys, Danises and Walshes were so fortunate to get to know and to hear stories of the siblings no longer with us. We have been so blessed to get to know you all.

Your Mum and my mum (Monica Woods Doherty) were great friends over the years and would have great chats on the phone as well as corresponding by letter. Mum held her in very high regard.
