I was very sorry to hear today of the passing of Margaret last month. I was a fellow CITC and Colaiste Moibhi student and I remember her with great affection. Margaret was very popular student who always looked beautiful. She was a lovely sincere person and a great addition to the teaching profession.
My sincere sympathy to her family and many friends. May she rest in peace.

I’m sure that your family will not know me but I would like to share this memory with you at this sad time. My mother was Nancy McGrath (Pallasgreen) who was a dress designer and made many outfits for Margaret back in the 70s and 80s. She had a great love of Margaret and my abiding memory as a small child was Mrs Kingston never came without sweets, Easter eggs etc for me. I used to even ask my Mam when she was coming next ! To this day I remember her as an absolute lady and I was so sorry to see her bereavement notice. My sincere sympathy to you all on your loss.

Arden Rd. Tullamore. Margaret attended Preston School in Navan as a boarder and frequently visited her cousins
George and Eddie Rennicks in Ardbraccan. In 2017 Margaret and Leona staged a Flower Festival in St. Mary’s C of I
Navan, it could not have been successful without Margaret’s knowledge and generosity.
