My sincere sympathy on the passing of Auntie Margaret. She was such a lovely lady - I can’t recall any time when she wasn’t friendly and warm and smiling. Despite not seeing her frequently, she always managed to keep tabs on what we were all doing and was always genuinely interested in a chat and a catchup on those occasions where we did meet, usually after Mass when I would be home for a visit.
I’m sorry I couldn’t be there to offer my support and join in the celebration of her long and full life. May she rest in peace.

Margaret was a kind, warm-hearted woman who had a special place in the hearts of all who knew her. She tolerated the Gallagher childhood antics in Latlurcan with patience and humour. She was our mother Kitty's closest friend. As adults, we enjoyed the many lively conversations we had with her during their almost daily visits to each other. We will all remember her with great fondness. May she rest in peace.
