We were very sad to hear of Margaret's passing. Meeting her at extended family gatherings was always such a pleasure, such a cheerful, positive outgoing person with a great zest for life. She showed wonderful kindness in visiting country cousins in Dublin hospitals over the years.

I was fortunate to get to know Mags personally over the past three years, visiting her in both Tallaght and her home in Inistioge. Her positivity was truly infectious, and she radiated warmth, wisdom, and kindness. She had a wealth of stories, knowledge, and interests, always welcoming others with an open heart. The way she embraced life to the fullest is something that will continue to inspire me. May she rest in peace.

Mags was a lovely lady and fabulous neighbour and good friend to our parents(R.I.P) and a great feeder with her wonderful cooking and baking. We could listen enthralled for hours to tales of her exotic travels (by any and all means) with her beloved Dominic. A very practical, generous warm and kind hearted lady, nothing was ever a bother to her...we were blessed and privileged to grow up with such a great neighbour.

Mag-- I will never forget you, Met you when I was 17 May 18 and you 19 teen . We did not know we were teens. But we were and had such a great time in our lives, We loved those dancing days, could not wait for the KK People to come into Keher's on a Friday .Dance cost 5 shillings ,if we were lucky to get John Prender 2 shillings .Many a time we hitched those days very few cars. We almost always knew who would pick us up . Then coming home we always made sure we all had out lift . Mag you were always there a faithful friend, popping into Thomastown to have those shoes done , I can remember who we got the lift with .Great days I could go on .The path of life took us different roads, but we never lost contact .Recent years we enjoyed the laughter & chat here on Saturday nights . Now reunited with your beloved Dominick you will never be forgotton by May and I & by all those friends you made on that path of life .Thanks for been just you . RIP Dear Mag
