Margaret was one of my dearest friends, I will alway remember her with fondness, may you rest in peace my dear friend, Eileen Kirby & Family
So sorry to hear of the sudden death of Maggie Dowling (Brien) as I knew her. She was always regarded fondly by us as an aunt thought in reality she was not a real aunt but a sister of our uncle Willie Dowling. Maggie always had a warm gentle expression and a kindness which showed, she was a lovely woman who we quickly adopted as a favourite aunt. She had a keen sense of her family history and was happy to share her knowledge with all who were interested. I have only good memories of Maggie who loved her family and friends. I always liked to be in her company as she was a lovely person to be with and was always ready to laugh and have fun. Her husband Christopher is remembered too and especially how smart he looked in his uniform at Bord Failte offices in O'Connell Street, Dublin. May they rest in peace and always be remembered.
