We are so sorry to hear of Margaret’s passing. We have such great memories of herself and Hugh over the years and especially their visit to us in Killaloe. Such a lovely couple. May Margaret rest in peace.
Aunt Margaret was like a second mother to all us 5 Rafferty Boys and having spent our earlier years in Olney Crescent we always would be calling into Margo on Templeogue Road and chipping golf balls or climbing the Apple Tree in the back garden and on Saturdays' heading for treks up the Wicklow Mountains. Margaret was one very special Auntie and guide to us all and we'll miss her. She will be now enjoying the chat and laughter with her Sister Betty and Brothers Paddy, John and Georgie up in the Blue Sky Yonder.
Always so kind and caring to your family and your extended family over the years, especially to my Gran Bridget Malone. May your spirit find peace and happiness with your brothers and dear sister Betty and husband Hughie. You will be sadly missed Margaret. X

Margaret and her late husband Hugh were much loved members of Newlands Golf Club and it was a pleasure to be in their company. They are both sorely missed but fondly remembered by the members who knew them. Rest in peace, Margaret.
Margaret was a close golfing friend to my mam. She would call and visit her on occasions . She was always so positive, full of energy and interested in everything. Rest in Peace Margaret

We all have happy memories of our Aunt Margaret from her Christmas parties for us as children at 75 Templogue Road to our many hikes up the Dublin Mountains, always with a hymn and a bag of sweets. Our hiking trips continued into adulthood along with games of golf. Rest in peace Margaret.
