She was an exceptional lady, with a warmth and friendliness known throughout her long career(s) in Cork Airport and Cobh and Harbour Chamber in particular where our paths crossed. Maura and I have special memories of an encounter in Portugal as the four of us flew home from a holiday a few years ago....Margaret was of course in charge!!! May she rest in peace.

So sorry to read of Margaret's passing. I got to know Margaret while I worked in the Sirius Arts Centre during the late 90s. A very strong and resilient person and when she set her mind to something she, more often than not, achieved it. A brilliant mentor and colleague with a wicked sense of humour. Margaret will always be fondly remembered. Condolences to her family. May she rest in peace.
