Pat I am so sorry to hear of your loss and Margaret's passing.
I had the pleasure of working in Switze's for many years and of knowing Margaret.
She looked after us all so well.
After the first day of the sale we would have a get together in the restruant and Margaet would alwwys ensure that everyone had food and drink. This after a busy day looking after all the restaurants.
Margaret always seemed to be calm something which you need when dealing with the public.
Many of the staff who worked with her had long service so they were loyal to her and she to them.
I am sorry that I am unable to make the service tomorrow but I do have relations in Baglenstown so I will get to vist the grave in the coming months. May Margaret R.I.P.
