Your mother and grandmother was truly a remarkable woman—strong, loving, and deeply cherished by everyone in Castleisland.

The fact that so many people stood quietly and respectfully as her hearse passed by speaks volumes about the impact she had on the community.

She lived a life full of love, having cared for and nurtured ten children, and even with the heartache of losing some of her own and her husband, her spirit remained unbroken.

The beautiful family rosary in your living room and the staff standing outside the nursing home, are all precious reminders of her kindness and the bond she created with those around her.

While this is a time of sorrow, know that her legacy lives on in each of you—the love, strength, and faith she passed down are gifts that will always be with your family.

May you find comfort in those memories and in the knowledge that she was deeply loved by so many
