Since we first met in 1938, in infants, I have cherised our friendship, all these years. My deepest condolences and sympathy to the boys, I will miss her dearly. Rest in peace Margaret.

A wonderful friend! to my mother when living across the road from us in George's St. all those years ago.

Michael & herself never! failed to call into the shop when passing through Gort on their many annual trips to Knock.

Margaret was top of our Christmas card list this year to send to her at the nursing home via Philip from the old homstead in Feenagh.

ALWAYS!!! lovely to me, (Brigid) as a youngster and teenager.

Mum was very upset (in tears) when Michael and herself transferred back to Co.Limerick. I remember the void she felt after Margaret's departure from Gort.

Unfortunately, I will be unable to take my mother to dear Margaret's funeral as I am in the UK until 14 December. Mum is understandably very upset and nostalgic about the old days and often recalled your late mother as 'great friend'

Margaret was so proud of her boys and their achievements.

May she Rest in Peace - in Heaven now with Michael.

Thanks for the memories Margaret and for being such a great neighbour to us in George's St.
