So sad to hear of the passing of Mrs Horgan. I was one of her many past pupils of The convent Buttevant. What a wonderful teacher and a beautiful person she was to us all.
I have fond memories of her teaching me to type.

Wishing you moments of peace and comfort, the gift of faith, the blessings of hope and the treasured memories of a life well lived and shared as you remember and thank God for the gift of Peg’s life. Peg was an impressive resident of the Perceval St. of our youth, a member of the fine Murphy family who did so much with the enhancement and betterment of society in the good old town of Kanturk. They were the happiest of days where life on the street was enjoyed by a band of brothers and sisters who were a community/ family unto themselves.
Peg and her Murphy family were great neighbours whose company was always desirable and valued. They always focussed on the better angles of all those they interacted with. Peg’s life, from all accounts was one of great worth and grace.
May her gentle soul rest in peace and her life a blessing.
