Sincere sympathy to Peg’s family at this sad time. We remember your mam from the Oblate pilgrimage to Lourdes. She was a great character, she would tell us about year’s ago in Lourdes, working with different nationalities preparing food and everyone singing. They had great craic, she would entertain us all herself and Ann Begley, singing and dancing. As we are dog lovers, she always had a name and address where we could bring our dog on holidays. She will be fondly remembered by us all. Peg rest in peace.

Such wonderful memories of our times together in Lourdes in the 80's where we worked in the old hospital kitchen dicing veg. and Peg would start an operatic session with our Italian and Spanish co-workers. Our 2 weeks holiday in Germany with Ciaran and Andrew. CIE, Garda and Post Office Holidays where we would sing and dance the night away. Peg always looked forward to her monthly Grandparents Day when Daniel was a child and loved her pancakes. Peg always spoke of how Rita and Liam looked after her so well. Rest in peace Peg. I am so saddened to hear of your mam's death. I have such fond memories from our childhood and the many times she took me with you all to Dun Laoire and Dalkey . She was great fun and loved travelling so much .She had a very full life.
You all took great care of her in her latter years , so she is at peace now knowing how much she is loved.
