We are sad to hear of the death of Aunty Margaret - (my godmother). She was always a warm, affectionate and funny presence in my life. Margaret had a quick-fired wit and she seemed always up for a laugh and chance to tell stories. In our house growing up when it came to Margaret's party piece it was always:
"And we'll all go together to pull wild mountain thyme, all around the blooming heather, will you go lassie go"?
