Deepest condolences to Mick, Andy and Orlagh and all the grandkids and extended family. Margaret was a one of kind. A loving, caring Mammy that could also be your best mate.

I’ll never forget the kindness she showed all of Mick’s mates growing up. There was a time when I used to call her my second Ma for the amount of times herald and Tom put me up in the house and looked after me. The door was always open and a cup of tea and a laugh with Madge would be the highlight of the day.

She had a wicked sense of humour and a great outlook on life which which she thankfully passed onto all her kids.

Rest easy Margaret. You will be missed x

My friend Carol and myself were so lucky to have met Margaret and your dad Tom when we moved to Dublin first and they looked after us so well. Margaret always fed us so much and her baking was unbelievable. We kept up great contact over the years and she was always interested in how we were doing. I know you will all miss her so much as will all her neighbours and friends as she was such a part of her neighbourhood xxx

RIP Margaret. I had the pleasure to meet Margaret in July in St. Francis Hospice when my dad was there. Her strength and determination was unbelievable. Sadly I lost my dad , but Margaret fought till the end. Margaret I will never forget our little chats, and to think you were consoling me..such a strong lady
