Though sad to have just heard of Marguerite’s death, I know that she has gone to her eternal rest.
Marguerite was, like St Therese of Lisieux, Patroness of the Missions, a woman of faith who never left her homeland yet dedicated her life to working for the Missions through her years of committed service to Killaloe Apostolic Workers and, through them, supporting Irish and other missionaries in Africa, Asia, South America and beyond.
My greatest memory of Marguerite is her lovely smile.
My dear Marguerite, may God smile on you as you are welcomed home. Pray for all of us dear friend.
Noel and family, know you are in my prayers at this difficult time, especially at the Altar during holy Mass.
